This role is about the everyday moments — a warm bath, a helping hand, a familiar face — that make someone's day noticeably easier. 💊 Medication Aide A trusted, reassuring presence in nursing homes and assisted living communities, making sure residents receive their medications with care — and attention to the small details along the way. 🩺💊 Nurse Aide/Medication Aide Bundle For those who want to grow their skill set further, this path combines both roles into one well-rounded foundation in patient care. 🩸 Phlebotomy A role for the quick and precise. Phlebotomists move through their day with focus and calm, meeting new patients and drawing blood with a steady hand. ❤️ Personal Care Aide (PCA) For those drawn to companionship as much as caregiving, helping others hold onto their independence, one visit at a time. We're excited to share some great news for anyone considering a career as a Medication Aide — our program is now easier to access, with a new class starting August 10, 2026 . Why Become a Medication Aide? Becoming a certified Medication Aide is a great way to build on your healthcare experience and open doors to new opportunities in assisted living, rehabilitation, and long-term care settings. This program strengthens your clinical knowledge while giving you hands-on confidence in safe medication administration and patient care. Program Details Our upcoming Medication Aide class runs from August 10, 2026 through September 11, 2026, combining online coursework with hands-on training. On-Site Skills Sessions 📅 August 10, 12, 17, 19, and 24, 2026 ⏰ 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM 📍 Charter Senior Living, 440 McLaws Circle, Williamsburg, VA 23185 Clinical Rotations 📅 September 7, 8, and 11, 2026 ⏰ 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM 📍 Charter Senior Living, 440 McLaws Circle, Williamsburg, VA 23185 Please note: current Virginia PCA/CNA certification is required for this program.
