Yes, you must be a currently certified Nurse Aide (CNA) in Virginia to enroll in the Medication Aide program. This course builds directly on the skills you learned in CNA training. Not a CNA yet? Check out our Nurse Aide program — or save $198 with the bundle.
Medication Aides typically earn $2–5 more per hour than CNAs — that's $4,000–$10,000 more per year. Your $1,056 investment can pay for itself within the first few months on the job.
Pay your $500 deposit at registration to secure your seat, then make payments every 2 weeks once class starts. Full payment is due one week before course completion. We accept payment via QuickBooks invoice, Enrollware, check, or card in our office. No interest charged.
You'll attend 5 mandatory on-site skills classes plus 21 hours of clinical time. Day classes run 11am–3pm. The rest is completed online at your own pace.
Yes! Our hybrid format is designed for working CNAs. Complete theory online on your own schedule, then attend just 5 on-site skills sessions and complete 21 clinical hours. Many students continue working while enrolled.
Medication Aides work in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, rehabilitation centers, and some hospitals. The certification is especially valuable in long-term care settings where medication administration is a daily need.
$100 of your deposit is a non-refundable processing fee. If you cancel within 3 business days of signing your enrollment agreement, you'll receive a full refund minus the $100 fee. After that, refunds follow our quartile-based refund policy.
