How Payment Works

📋 Payment Schedule
- Step 1: Pay $300 deposit (includes lab fee) at registration to secure your seat
- Step 2: Payments due every 2 weeks once class starts
- Step 3: Full balance due before course completion
- Certificate: Issued once paid in full

⚠️ Important Policies
- Lab fee: Included in the $300 deposit and non-refundable once training materials/lab access are provided
- Late payments:$50 fee if even 1 day late
- Non-payment: Removed from program if 2 weeks late

CNA Certification Required
Must be a currently certified Nurse Aide in Virginia. This course builds on your CNA skills.
Age Requirement
Must be 18 years or older
Education
High School Diploma or GED required
Immunizations
HepB, MMR, Tdap, Varicella, COVID, Flu (seasonal), TB test
CPR Certification
AHA BLS CPR card required
Background Check
Clean background check with no barrier crimes required for clinical placement
