We offer a flexible payment plan. Pay your deposit at registration to secure your seat, then make payments every 2 weeks once class starts. Full payment is due one week before course completion. We accept payment via QuickBooks invoice, Enrollware, check, or card in our office. No interest charged.

For Nurse Aide only, the deposit is $600. For the Nurse Aide + Med Aide bundle, it's $600. $100 of your deposit is a non-refundable processing fee that covers administrative and enrollment costs.

Payments that are even 1 day late incur a $50 late fee. If payment remains outstanding after 2 weeks, you will be removed from the program. Please contact us immediately if you anticipate any issues.

Certificates are issued once your tuition is paid in full. Full payment must be completed one week before course completion. This ensures you can take your state certification exam without delays.

Both cover the same 140-hour curriculum. The 4-week option is intensive — great if you want to start working quickly. The 6-week option offers a more relaxed pace, ideal if you're balancing work or family.

Yes! Our hybrid format is designed for working adults. Complete theory online on your own schedule, then attend 9 on-site skills sessions and complete 40 clinical hours. Day classes run 10am–3pm, evening classes 4pm–9pm.

CNAs are in high demand! You can work in hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living, or home healthcare. The Williamsburg area has consistent openings with starting salaries of $32,000–$38,000. Many employers offer tuition reimbursement if you want to advance to LPN or RN.
