We offer a flexible payment plan for most courses. Pay your deposit at registration to secure your seat, then make payments every 2 weeks once class starts. Full payment is due one week before course completion. We accept payment via QuickBooks invoice, Enrollware, check, or card in our office. No interest is charged on payment plans.

Deposits vary by course. For Nurse Aide, the deposit is $600. For the Nurse Aide + Med Aide bundle, it's $700. $100 of your deposit is a non-refundable processing fee that covers administrative and enrollment costs.

Payments that are even 1 day late incur a $50 late fee. If payment remains outstanding after 2 weeks, you will be removed from the program. Our payment plan is strict because it ensures fairness for all students. Please contact us immediately if you anticipate any issues with your payment schedule.

Certificates are issued once your tuition is paid in full. Full payment must be completed one week before course completion. This ensures you can take your state certification exam without delays.

$100 of your deposit is a non-refundable processing fee. If you cancel within 3 business days of signing your enrollment agreement, you'll receive a full refund minus the $100 fee. After that, refunds follow our quartile-based refund policy — the earlier you withdraw, the more you receive back.

Both courses cover the same comprehensive 140-hour curriculum. The 4-week option is more intensive, perfect if you want to start your career quickly. The 6-week option provides a more relaxed pace with more time between sessions — ideal if you're balancing work or family responsibilities.

Yes! Our hybrid format is designed for working adults. Complete theory online on your own schedule, then attend 9 on-site skills sessions and complete 40 clinical hours. Day classes run 10am-3pm, evening classes 4pm-9pm.
