Complete Before Class Starts:

  • Age: Students 16+ may enroll (parent/guardian waiver required if under 18)
  • Immunizations: HepB, MMR, Tdap, Varicella, flu (when in season), COVID-19
  • TB Test: Current TB test results required
  • CPR Certification: AHA BLS CPR card
  • Background Check: Clean background check required
  • Technology: Computer access required (PC, Mac, or Chromebook - not compatible with phones/iPads)
