If you need one, you can purchase it when registering. Coming to class without a manual may prevent you from completing the course.

What is the difference between the classroom and HeartCode options?
The classroom BLS is a single 4-hour in-person session covering all content and skills ($90). The HeartCode blended option splits into Part 1 online ($46.00, added at Enrollware registration) and a 1-hour onsite skills check ($75) — $121.00 total. Both result in the same 2-year AHA BLS Provider certification. The blended option is popular for renewals since you can review content on your own schedule before coming in.
Do I need a provider manual?
Yes. The AHA BLS Provider Manual (current edition, textbook or e-Book) is required. If you already own or have access to one, you do not need to purchase another. If you need one, you can purchase it when registering for class.
Is this for initial BLS or renewal?
Both! The classroom and HeartCode options work for first-time certification and renewal. BLS certification is valid for 2 years. If you are renewing, the HeartCode blended option is especially convenient.
Where do I buy the HeartCode online portion?
When you register through Enrollware, you can add Part 1 (HeartCode BLS Online) for $46.00 — just select "Yes" on the BLS HeartCode Part 1 option at checkout. Part 1 is a separate charge from the $75 skills check fee. Alternatively, you can purchase Part 1 directly from the AHA at elearning.heart.org(Product #20-3553) and bring your Certificate of Completion to class.
What if I don't pass the skills check?
Your instructor will provide remediation during the session. If additional practice is needed, you may be asked to reschedule. A $20 rescheduling fee applies. No refunds for no-call no-shows. Please call (757) 229-0919 in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Can my company book a group session?
Yes! We offer on-site group BLS training for healthcare facilities, clinics, schools, and businesses (minimum 5 students). Call (757) 229-0919 or email admin@hearttoheartctc.com to schedule.

📋 Cancellation Policy

Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will not receive a refund and are responsible for the full class fee.

We are happy to reschedule with proper notice. A $20 rescheduling fee applies if you need to return after not passing the skills check.

No refunds for no-call no-shows. Groups canceling without 48 hours notice are responsible for the course fees of 5 students.
