The complete PCT bundle takes 16-18 weeks. You'll start with Nurse Aide training, then progress through Phlebotomy and Monitor Technician modules. The exact timeline depends on class schedules and your pace through the online portions.

After completing all modules, you'll be eligible to take: the Virginia Nurse Aide State Exam, AMCA Phlebotomy Certification, AMCA EKG Certification, and the AMCA Patient Care Technician National Exam (PCTC). These credentials make you highly competitive in the job market.

Pay your $775 deposit at registration to secure your seat, then make payments every 2 weeks once class starts. Full payment is due one week before course completion. We accept payment via QuickBooks invoice, Enrollware, check, or card in our office. No interest is charged on payment plans.

Payments that are even 1 day late incur a $50 late fee. If payment remains outstanding after 2 weeks, you will be removed from the program. Yes! Our hybrid format is designed for working adults. Much of the coursework is completed online at your own pace. You'll need to attend scheduled on-site skills sessions and complete clinical hours, but many students successfully balance work and training.

Patient Care Technicians work in hospitals, clinics, laboratories, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, and dialysis centers. With three certifications, you can work across multiple departments—making you a more valuable and versatile employee.

You'll start with Nurse Aide training, which provides the foundational patient care skills. After completing CNA, you'll progress through Phlebotomy and Monitor Technician based on class schedules. Some modules may overlap depending on availability.

$100 of your deposit is a non-refundable processing fee. If you cancel within 3 business days of signing your enrollment agreement, you'll receive a full refund minus the $100 fee. After that, refunds follow our quartile-based refund policy.
